All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you to confirm before preparing your order for collection.

Choose Click & Collect from Stornoway (always free, usually ready within 2 working days — we will email you) or UK delivery (free over £30, otherwise £3.95 flat, usually 2-4 working days via Royal Mail).

You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging — bring them back to us in Stornoway, or email us to arrange a postal return. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
